Theme Suggestions

Choosing one of the following themes could be the base of your menu, then a consultation with Chef Franck to go into detail would allow him to create and finalize your perfect menu according to your choices and preferences.

  • Traditional Family Style:

Large platters and bowls of food are placed in the center of the table, and everyone helps themselves, creating a warm and communal dining experience.

  • Banquet Style:

Similar to family style but designed for larger gatherings with multiple dishes placed along the length of the table, making it easy for everyone to reach and share.

  • Seafood Boil/Clambake:

Perfect for a family feast, where seafood, corn, and potatoes are served in large pots or platters, with everyone helping themselves for a rustic, hands-on experience.

 

  • Grazing Table/Boards:

An abundant spread of meats, cheeses, fruits, bread, and dips displayed beautifully on a large table, perfect for snacking and mingling casually.​​​

  • Rustic Sunday Roast:

A large roast (such as chicken, beef, or lamb) with shared side dishes like potatoes, vegetables, and gravy, served at the table for everyone to help themselves.
