Choosing one of the following themes could be the base of your menu, then a consultation with Chef Franck to go into details would allow him to create and finalize your perfect menu according to your choices and preferences.

  • Spanish Paella and Tapas Feast:

A spread of traditional Spanish tapas like patatas bravas, gambas al ajillo, and jamón ibérico, followed by a large, shared seafood or meat paella for a lively, family-style experience.

  • Italian Antipasti:

An assortment of Italian starters like bruschetta, cured meats, olives, and cheeses, followed by pasta and classic main dishes like osso buco or eggplant Parmesan.

  • Japanese Izakaya-Style:

Small plates with Japanese flavors, such as sashimi, tempura, yakitori, and edamame, inspired by Japan’s izakaya dining.

  • Family-Style Chinese Banquet:

Dishes like Peking duck, dumplings, stir-fried vegetables, and rice served in the center of the table, allowing everyone to share and enjoy a variety of flavors.

A platter-style meal where guests are served small portions of various Indian dishes like curry, rice, naan, chutney, and dessert, offering a complete taste experience in one setting.

  • Moroccan Feast with Tagines:

Large, communal tagines of lamb, chicken, or vegetables with couscous, accompanied by salads, olives, and flatbreads, creating a vibrant North African experience.

A variety of Mexican dishes like tacos, tamales, Elote and guacamole, served in a buffet or family-style setup, allowing guests to explore bold flavors.

Start with French classics like Moule mariniere, pissaladiere, or charcuterie, followed by mains such as Cassoulet , bouillabaisse or Veal Blanquette, finished with a cheese plate, profiteroles, or apple tart tatin
